I had an opportunity to work with MTSS Group for about three and half years as a Senior IT Business Analyst.
HR, Job and Immigration Support, Benefits: In my experience, MTSS Group is a very well-organized professional staffing firm. In my case, they were the preferred choice for the Client’s primary vendor. The Management was friendly, approachable and responsive; walked me through their on-boarding process, immigration support and employee benefits they offered, in detail. Their HR team was constantly in touch gathering feedback on my work, workplace conditions and challenges, if any. Their immigration team was professional, diligent, and successful in handling all the H1-B visa related paperwork for me and my family from day one and offered timely and appropriate guidance. They initiated GC processing on-time as promised, consistently pursued to progress without any glitch and were transparent in sharing the communication.
 Recommendation: Overall I’ve had a wonderful working experience with MTSS and I’d certainly recommend to fellow consultants. MTSS would be my top choice if I had to choose a consultant role.
