MTSS Group awards bonuses based on overall company and employee performance for full time in-house eligible employees.
Normally over 40 hours a week is considered overtime. MTSS Group will pay overtime only if it is pre-approved/billable hours or approved by client if working on client site.
MTSS Group provides two weeks of accommodation and car rental if needed, when an employee is moved from one project to another out-of-state project. All approved moving costs will be reimbursed when original receipts are provided. The company also reimburses the cost associated with changing car registration, driver’s license and transportation costs incurred for interviews when original receipts are provided with pre approval.
Each employee is entitled to the medical treatment and prescription medicines as per the policy laid down by the insurance company. The employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify any open questions with our health insurance administrator if taken health coverage through MTSS Group based on salary arrangement. The company encourages each and every employee to sharpen their technical skills. All fees for approved professional certification exams of companies like AWS, Microsoft, CISCO, Oracle, Salesforce are fully reimbursed upon successful completion. Management approval is required before incurring expenses.
Through the company’s membership in the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, MTSS’s employees are eligible to apply for insurance coverage available through the NJM Insurance Company. NJM is among the top four providers of private passenger automobile insurance in New Jersey, and individuals must be employed by a member of NJBIA or the state of New Jersey to be eligible to apply.
- Referral Fee of $500 for a billable candidate.
- Referral fees will be paid 90 days after the candidate’s start date.
- Additional bonuses of $1000 will be paid with your fifth referral and $1500 with your tenth referral
