Job Requirements:
Level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or higher education, as well as a minimum of 6 months work experience.
In-depth knowledge of file servers, print servers, Exchange servers, Storage Servers and network operations.
Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto switches/hubs, routers, firewalls, and network diagnostic tools like NMAP and Wireshark, network operating systems, DNS and TCP/IP, distributed computing concepts, SAN.
Prior working knowledge on VMWare, RHEL installation, configuration, upgrades and security management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, SME on Windows Deployment (WinPE) and Deployment Server, responsible for creating nationwide golden image for Clinical and non-clinical use.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other PC software in order to maintain KMS for volume licensing.
High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
Strong operational and analytical abilities, with superior communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all employees.
Establish and meet work schedules within limited time frame and under tight deadlines and willingness to work off-hours as the need arises.
Job duties:        
Responsible for administration of Radiology applications like PACS, RIS and PowerScribe.
Monitors and manages System performance, configuration, maintenance and timely updates of windows server infrastructure and virtualization host.
Provides Automation by means of scripting languages VBScript, PowerShell, batch, etc.
Responsible for managing Windows Deployment and providing new updated image to nationwide field support personnel as and when needed.
Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of issues related to Computer Networks, Active Directory and User Permissions.
Manages RIS and PACS accounts and modifies them as a when requested by using proper approval channels.
Involved in Object Creation, maintenance and assigning group policies to user accounts under  multi domain Active Directory configuration.
Works with Systems Vendors and end users at numerous occasions in order to rectify critical application issues.
Delivers training to new field support personnels and helps them in understanding different applications while providing them insight on managing ticketing system.
Provides high level support to telecommunications infrastructure and helps in maintaining it.
Through collaboration with vendors, procurement staff and operational leadership, assess functional needs of the business in relation to hardware and software standards. 
Maintain and communicate established IS standards to staff.  Assist in maintaining oversight of all IS inventory stock; including ordering, receiving, tracking, and deployment.
Act as liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various IS and Operational projects, including management of internal resources and vendor contacts, scheduling and technical evaluation as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects as business needs dictate.
Monitor and complete all support and project related tasks and activities. 
Enter, monitor and complete all entries in the Support Desk tracking system, which includes stating the issues, listing all troubleshooting steps, providing a resolution and marking the records as complete.
Interacts with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in other IT teams such as Clinical Applications and Transcription Specialists to resolve user issues.
Maintain a strong documentation of all the equipment and systems supported by the IS Service Desk in an effort to build training and educational program for new hires.
